Every day we are exposed to a plethora of harmful toxins in our food, water and the air we breathe.

I couldn't agree with you more, Don. It makes me sick seeing pesticide-coated vegetables arranged to look fresh and healthy. I think people just look for the easiest way to be healthier, especially if it means less work - like Kellogs cereal boxes advertising their "7 whole grains per serving" (or whatever it is) campaign.

Hi Torin ... thanks for your comment. Do you know that in the UK bananas are not available for sale if they are considered to have an excessive curvature! And how on earth can magarine be considered a health food? The list of crazy anomolies goes on ...
